Privacy policy
Controller
Vexora. Contact: the official Discord server linked in About — this is the only channel. Vexora is a web client with a build function: firmware images are assembled on our server, sent to your browser and flashed from there. No accounts, no profiles.
What is processed
1) Device-local storage (see Cookies & local data): preferences (language, units, last tab), the risk acknowledgement, optional flash history and BLE pairing keys, an optional app PIN hash. 2) Bluetooth telemetry read from your own scooter (speed, battery, serial number) — displayed locally and never uploaded. 3) When you build firmware, the build parameters you chose (model, version, slider values) are sent to our build function together with your IP; the resulting image is delivered to your browser for flashing and is not stored. To operate the service and understand how it is used, we also keep short-lived technical logs of visits and builds — time, IP, country, browser type and the action taken (no content) — deleted automatically after 90 days. 4) Your public IP is necessarily visible to the host that serves these files; the host keeps its own standard access logs under its own policy.
No data is sold, shared or used for profiling. No automated decision-making. No special categories of data. The scooter serial number is shown to you and stored locally only if you allow optional storage.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of the service you request (connecting to your scooter). Art. 6(1)(a) — consent, for optional storage (flash history, pairing keys), given via the consent banner and revocable at any time in About → Privacy & cookies. Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest for strictly necessary storage (language, risk acknowledgement).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Since all personal data lives only in your browser, erasure is immediate via "Delete local data". You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (AEPD in Spain).
Retention
Local data persists until you delete it or clear site data. Usage events (visits, builds) are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. Nothing else is retained by Vexora.
Third parties
The only outbound link is the Discord invite (opens discord.gg; no data is sent until you click and interact with Discord). No CDNs, no embedded widgets, no fonts or scripts from third parties. Firmware images are built on demand on our server, delivered straight to your browser's flash session and not stored.
Children
Vexora is a vehicle-diagnostic tool not directed at persons under 16.

Service worker
A same-origin service worker caches the app files for offline use (Cache API). It stores no personal data and makes no third-party requests.
